Worst till date. Too much politics, no clarity, moreover, didn't pay me 1 months salary even after regular reminders. It's been 6 months now, still haven’t received my salary.

It's a terrible place to work as they don't care about their employees at all an just focus on money making Machine and treats their employee as machines.

Being a startup, you get to learn different things but that's about the only positive thing about working at V Resorts.

There's a lot to write about here, but it mainly stems from the poor management. There's no respect for employees and their efforts, and as a result, no job security, poor compensations and no work satisfaction. The older employees strive to create a toxic environment for the others, so not much productive work gets done. They say they focus on internal democracy, innovation and positivity, but that's just a clever gimmick on the part of the leadership, since maintaining an image is close to all they're good at.
