...are brutal, carefree about your career and sometimes too harsh on your mistakes. And last but not least late salary and they deduct PF from your salary but never credited to your account.

Being a startup, you get to learn different things but that's about the only positive thing about working at V Resorts.

Dislikes

There's a lot to write about here, but it mainly stems from the poor management. There's no respect for employees and their efforts, and as a result, no job security, poor compensations and no work satisfaction. The older employees strive to create a toxic environment for the others, so not much productive work gets done. They say they focus on internal democracy, innovation and positivity, but that's just a clever gimmick on the part of the leadership, since maintaining an image is close to all they're good at.
