Detailing department Head asmita doing work on personal project in office time & For detailer there is no chance to grow knowledge. Because of asmita do political games the office environment is always bad. Asmita are egoistic. Each department working as different companies. Asmita doing personal job in office job. and show like lot of work load. she like to enter you're personal things. she's very liar and Snitcher. Apart from looking to job more keen to demotivate and degrade others . Always Asmita are having time to use mobile and discuss about personal Problems while Others are watched always with extra eyes.

...ng this period this is very bad Company I suggest no one can join this company . Company Owner told that no over extra profit last year how can give salary only 50c profit last year he also told that if we get 100c profit then give you salary.we are work on sop during this period. I can ask the question of company Owner that if you get extra profit you can distribute this on your employees ?????No this is the think of VN ROOFING AND CLADDING PVT LTD owner
