I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

The team mates in the firm is good, If any body want to make a career in audit filed that this is a good firm, and as far as work environments it is manageable, In the organisation some seniors are plying politics with there junior, if any body wants work only 8 hours and no extra shift than this firm is perfect for them

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

The firm is good for who want to practice in a direct tax filed, as far as growth of salary and skill is not so good but it take time to grove.
