But company culture and working culture awsome in covid 19 pendamic i have stayed at working location company provided full salary at that time & Our store Manager is very supportive in covid 19 period. I'm feeling proud to a part of Vmart Family.
Company is good. Salary on time. But there is parciality by top management. They are treating good with his favourite staff and ignoring such staff whose background is not filled by strong reference.
Upper management are doing parciality and cast based politics are also played here. The manager who had bad communication skills, who had no idea about business, who had no idea how I will revert on mails are highly appreciated. But the guys who is smarty close his all work on time are ignored.
...jobs. During my tenure i have followed some issues. Staffs are not treated well. They never give actual salary based on wages to the groud level empliyees. Even is there any error done by company at the time of attendance received next month the arear will not pay to employees. Several complain received from my junior colleagues. There are no room for store manager also. Maximum store dont have warehouse. Stock inward outward problem show several time any issue faced they totally treat as guilty to ASM/SM even problem created from zonal/ho team. There no budget for store for welfare or activities for staffs. They always use slang to the employees.
No dislike but some improvement are most important like as Tea and snack expense are very low.... Please maintained properly...

Transparency in companies work policy, vision and mission, it's SOP's, training part is very good, internal promotions strategies is also good, and best thing is that it's top leaders are well experienced, supportive and a good mentor.
