Transparency in companies work policy, vision and mission, it's SOP's, training part is very good, internal promotions strategies is also good, and best thing is that it's top leaders are well experienced, supportive and a good mentor.

Working culture needs lot of improvement.. IT department is not strong. Some times any offer changes with out any prior information. Training and development is required at every designation

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The company is open for all people So it is called "PRICE LESS FASHION". NO Difference between POOR & RICH. V-MART is ONE of the place who promote own store Staff. And the new system is ALT WORKLIFE is Running in our company. Some quests :----- Thanks you my v mart platform. It is my 1st work experience in retail as A VM Post. Thank to my respected Sir Mr. KANHAIYA CHOUDHARY. He guide me very well and also Thanks to My Respected SONU SIR. He will be given deeply knowledge As we learnt.

Working hours and salary related issue. And also all closed activity as like TEAM LEADER, MONTHLY Best staff , BEST section , and all the activities should be started BECAUSE it is related our SALE. THANK YOU.

Salary structure is not good they pay very less for a good position.The working hours too long.
