Flexibility working from home. Low Bonus based on performance.

Dislikes

Least Salary pay, High Working pressure, Continuos Monitoring, No mobile or Sim reimbursement even using for office purpose. No office cab. 6 day working.

Good for Fresher to join and learn

Dislikes

No work life balance, Too much pressure is given to the fresher as well. They don't provide sim or compensation but employee have to use their personal sim for calling candidates. No off on Sunday even we had to work on Sunday as well. Don't join if you want peace and work-life balance. You have to work on holidays ./No off.

The best part working here is that there is zero politics. It's a complete positive atmosphere. Work life balance is well maintained. Promotion policy and incentive structure is complete transparent. There are ample opportunities to learn.
