There is nothing to like even a single aspect about the company. They work only for their money.

the employer is very dangerous. they are white color mafia. they get done work from employees by very un-ethical policies. the employer taking follow-ups of works over and over again twice or thrice in a single day so due to these they getting done their work from employees in pressure so the employee doesn't leave the office on time and do his work late night. even the employer knows that the work he allocated to the employee is getting time. There is Huge discrimination in caste. the employer behaves very kind and politely with their caste's employee and behave the same opposite with other caste employee. there is no human rights in the organization at all. The employer even doesn't grant the leave from office to the girls even at 8:00 P.M. even they do not think about girls safety. the managers or seniors are the puppets of the employer. they never teach you or share their skills / knowledge with you and make you dump. The seniors are allocate their own work to the juniors and pretends like they are so busy and make communication with the boss. so you have done your work and also your senior work. if an employee is a new joinee, then the employer and seniors behave with them very nicely and after 1 / 2 months they shows them their real face. in reality they are sweet knives. if you gets job in that organization you will get stuck. if you wants to leave the job / organization they doesn't allow you even if you are on notice period. employer making allegations on employees that the work done by him / her is not proper and he must complete the work with addition period, otherwise the employer make employee in inconvenient or berate. They do not make your salary increment. if you want to lose your mental health and make yourself in deprivation then this organization is suitable to you.
