I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Likes

The staff and boss are very friendly. Boss will treat like you are their family member. If you make mistake then boss will explain you calmly and he will give solutions.

Dislikes

Dislike is if you got sick or injured but your help is still need in office but you can't travel in train so you will go in a auto and boss also knows that you got injured and you can't travel. Then when you give reimbursement sheet to your sir then they will not give you single rupees. I experienced that I lost my 6,000 to 7,000 rupees on that because I had a injury in my knee ACL ligament.
