Worst company to work in. So much of company politics there. They play games internally against you for cost cutting and get all work done before hand and blame you for things you never did and then ask to resign. This company is finished now. Worst worst to join this. I faced the same and some more people also

This company is the worst company. Don’t waste your time and never join this company. Very poor management and dirty politics and we should not call it a company it’s a shop they are running. And the product they are developing are illegal and illegally they are earning money and playing dirty politics with employees. I don’t like anything here and everything is worst.

Favoritism, management is not connected with employees, same CEO, HR and his husband from the starting and only they are growing, you can see less peoples are liking the posts of Vinfotech in FB and no one want to cominicate with management.
