Job is secure if you're fulfilling your KRA's, working environment is very friendly, management is transparent and teammates are supportive most of the time.

Dislikes

Company policies are below average, career growth is soo slow, appraisal is also very low, bonus is also part of ctc and work load remains same as you join the company so you never get a chance to shine, never get proper increment and never get a chance to enhance your capabilities.

Though there is nothing to say good about the Company as per best of my experience but I really like the garden in the premises.

Dislikes

...gh in every single work whether it's management, quality, finance or production. The compensation and benefits are limited for only a few of people, near and dear of the Director.

V-Access India private limited is the organization which manufactures Car mats, Car covers and Sun blinds. The company produces high quality car manufacturers ranging from Maruti Suzuki India limited to Mercedes Benz and exporting to various countries. The organization is located in Manesar Sector-5,Gurgaon, Haryana and working culture is outstanding. I would specially like to mention that the Management team or you can say Executive team is really excellent. They follow proper policies and procedure. Here is complete job security and you can balance your work life easily.

One thing that I love about v-access is the environment between staff and the understanding between people. You will have your full freedom for your work. Your words are important and listen by everyone no matter what your profile is. Everyone is supportive out there.

Dislikes

You can't grow there. As far as the appraisal concern it will not raised as per your expectations and will only have between 1000-2000 per year. At the end they will not gonna value you whether you had done good or very good work for them.
