Salary -- Accepted Offer
I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Nice company good work environment also support by senior

Dislikes

I found that there was no more scope of career growth of company after reaching a certain level. The company had a stagnant point where they would simply retain employees without continuing to develop their potential in order to move the company forward.
