The only saving grace of this workplace is that salary is paid on time, with no pay cuts during this pandemic

It’s a terrible place to work. The current leadership is autocratic and run this place as if it were a monarchy. Highly unethical, abusive and humiliating work environment. Lacks professionalism and harbours bad behaviour towards faculty, staff and even students. People who voice their opinions and stand by the truth are attacked and cornered by the Principal. The principal abuses staff openly and gets away with bad behaviour. Mahindra and Mahindra as a group isn’t involved in the day to day activities and there is no monitoring of the unethical work practices going on at this place. They emotionally abuse employees and ostracise them for not partaking in the groupism that is encouraged here.

The campus is beautiful and the diversity on campus can be very enriching.

Dislikes

The college is run by a bunch of incompetent people who base everything on rank and personal relationships. most decisions are person dependent and employee welfare or well-being is only spoken of, and not really a goal.

The campus is beautiful, there's a gym, a pool, picturesque landscape, but housing leaves lots to be desired. Most students are better than average.

Like another review has said, truly sycophancy is the only way to survive there. I won't go into much detail, I am only doing this review to help others not to come here. Unless you are desperate for a job, it's not worth it. I have much to write about why you shouldn't take this job and i will probably elaborate at a later date. For now, please listen to your gut feeling and do not take a job at this institution.

It is nothing about disliking but the dis-advantage about the college is location, which is about 50 Kms far away from the City And the it takes about one to two hours for the journey.
