It has very good infrastructure. very good location.

the salary structure is not good as per qualification. Strick schedule, you will not know when u will be removed by administration. They can remove you at any time.

...enior management is very supportive and takes care of even at the hardest times. I remember the covid 19 days, where there was not a single pay cut in salary, despite working only 10 days a month!

Sometimes, the task was time-bound so we had to run for it! The pressure at those moments were crazy. But still I liked it.

Very good academic culture to learn and knowledge sharing. I am currently heading one of the colleges here and it has been a great learning experience. I have had the opportunity to work with some of the most talented professionals who are also committed to provide a certain quality education. The team works together to ensure a smooth transition of students from the rigid schedules of schools to a cohesive learning environment at college. If you are looking for a workplace that values your input and talent, I would recommend the organisation.
