It's a worst company to work for fresher as well as experienced professionals.. company's Management or MD don't have any idea about there good and sincere employes...they believe only their bootleakers uneducated persons..those bootleakers haven't any idea about business strategy and how to company will grow...

Work life balance is zero...you will get salary after 2 months everytime....one day employee firing policy without any notice and compontation amount...

I love the company because i am a part of a team of 10 years.my seniors & colleagues come from various cutural background.The good thing of employees they are very co operative nature.
