Average job security but company culture is very good, skill developed is good.

Dislikes

Management is very poor, salary and promotion is very low, target based productions, not care employees to realife.

You can learn from scratch. It is a small company so you need to do everything manually.

Dislikes

Management is very poor. It is Lala kind of company. They always hold salary of their employee either he/she resign or on long leave. Such a bad company.

They give not good salary. And no gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesnt address our issues. Salary is decent bt career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resion.
