Management doesn't ever support the doctors, paramedical staff, no idea how to recruit the manpower, blackmailing at the time of resignation, the hospital manager particularly is a bipolar disorder patient doesn't know how to tackle the issues, Locality is a semi tribal area with patients doesn't want to understand and co-operate with the doctors and there is no security for the working staff as it is company hospital,no one can control the patient attenders who will be taking alcohol and comes to hospital and starts arguing with everyone
