Very worst company to work because they directly cut the employees salary if any client side debit happened to the upspl management, they take all profits but if any loss they will cut the salary,every month thay have a reason for cut the salary of employees..so don't work with them..

UPSPL has only jobs with low salary & mostly they will giving big quote to client and take major for themselves and will share few with workers, no value for talent here, no permanent job here

No job safety, NO compensation, No work ethics, No Safety on job's, No Hike/Increment, No CL,EL,PL,SL, No Perfect HR at all

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportivr and the manegment is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and insentive every months.

Upspl maintenance is a one of the best company but bangalore zonasha building site our facility team worked has a worst.manager rajesh cheat lot of money from workers and upspl. They r treat like a street dog... 😠😠😠.zonasha have 3 basements, that area only entry and exit place have a camera facility but inside there is no camera that place they are drinking, electrical room they are cooking...kindly plz create one common mail id for complaint raising...they r abused lot of ladies depends on her situations...i had worst experience in bangalore site... zonasha builders gave a best offer in corona time they are supporting and clients also trained us....
