A good Fund Management team in place. CIO is doing wonders. An old name in the market.

...red all his competition with in organisation are fired. Talent is not rewarded. Salary hikes are poor. What it is left there is just skeleton of a mammoth.

Flat Hierarchy results into fewer Growth opportunity. Low salary Growth, Fewer fun activities leading to fatigue.

People are supportive, Company provides all sort of trainings to the employee before actually putting any work pressure. Managers here are very good. Work life balance is something I love about UTI. No Disturbance on weekends or After work hours.

In touch with equity markets, client facing, sessions on mutual funds with the Fund manager .

No proper channel of communication with the Managers.low returns of the fund which impacts the business and difficult to achieve targets

Dislikes

Fund performance not good Target is SOW based which incremental to industry Achievement. Vast distribution for banking but limited people to for coverage. Incentive structure is not good
