Salary, work-life balance, can get work from home option which helps us to take care well about ourselves and family. Team mates are good in communicating, helping in completing the tasks, peers knowledge sharing is good.

Dislikes

... reports in time by preparing decks. I think all companies have same mentality. Companies are focused only on cost cutting never caring about the employees. Team means minimum of 4-5 people must be there to discuss, share and get the work or task completed with minimal errors or no errors. There must be different people for each expertise. One person programmer, one data analyst, one domain expert and one delivering reports. Now a days I am not finding any company have such kind of team. There will be many with all mixed knowledge everything will be half learnt as there is no time for training or money for hiring many people for a single team. Data analyst must sit an learn all computer program languages and do everything..... Or a computer programs expert must learn to do data analysis which doesn't make any sense.

We are working like cool place to develop our knowledge and company growth. We have good time with work like colliding colleague as good chit chat friends, so we can gain and transfer knowledge very easily.

Dislikes

Compensation and appreciation is good but not useful for growth or appraisal.
