They did not pay my settlement as well as my other friends. They give me my settlement after 7 months. Delhi HR Department is pathetic and don't know to work as a HR.

USV is well growing and skill developing organization, i.e aseptic practices better than other organizations

Only the attendance regularization not done through software, problematic, salary cutting, loose HR policies that other.

Work culture is very good, management is also good, company policies are also good

Not so much salary package, hiring through franchise, no benefit for employees in any Mishappening like death, accident.

SKILL DEVELOPMENT IS GOOD, YOU WILL FIND WORK SATISFACTION. SALARY COMES ON TIME , INCENTIVES ALSO GOOD.

Work culture, You always be in under pressure by your managers, anywhere anytime they can call you, Internal Politics is so badly spread there,

According to work , compensation is not good.The work pressure is very high.In the managers lobby ,there is no value of sincere work.
