...olitics. If you wish them they will not even respond back and puts serious face. Your variable pay will be deducted only in Hyderbad and Bangalore location after deducting 30% TDS & 30% event manement expenses. They will not give hike to existing employees but recruits from outside market by paying 50% extra to low experiennce. The worst thing is coffee machine will not work many a times and no proper facilities to employees. Bottom tag line No Humanity, No Integrity and Full humiliation to hard working employees.

...ed during WFH. failed to support production team with work from home facilities. yearly salary hike was on hold. during lockdown they fired 100 people from the job

leadership team (maneet and parvathy) does not operate with company core values. this company is not led by policies and values but its led by hierarchy and personal connections. equal opportunity is not given to strong performers with excellent track record but they choose to work with people that they are comfortable with. job security is very very terrible. including managers are threatened and they are asked to leave the job on several occasions. people have to work with job losing threat always. HR and leadership team doesnt take an effort to find other opportunities. they terminate employees by citing wrong reasons.

UST has very good work culture.. I have been here for a while and I can say I have been given opportunities at times more than expected. This is one the employers or offices I feel like going everyday..

They are not pay masters. Right skill for right price.. retain vs market hiring. Yes you feel stuck at a certain level of growth.

...nal in the existing project they just fire them as they do not believe in bench. It means they start hiring people once they are bidding for any account by luring professional with the salary package more than the existing market and by chance if they loose the bid then next day you are fired

1. No appraisals. 2. No qualified employees. 3. No feedback discussions, managers have no clue about promotions, appraisals, variable pay, increments, etc. 4. HRs don't even bother connecting with the employees. No discussions about the motivation, what the employees need. For 6 months they don't even know who are the employees they are tagged to. 5. No company formal structure. Feedbacks shared with the management goes into bin. They do what they feel like doing. 6. No food arrangements, no proper offices, no meeting rooms, no snacks, no coffee/tea, no gym, no breakout games etc. 7. The moment you enter the office, you feel like you are in a graveyard, where there is total silence. Lack of meeting rooms, forces people to take calls from their bay disturbing everyone around them. 8. Everything blocked on your laptops. At times even client websites are blocked. 9. Laptops from 2001 eras are given. Who will feel like working. 10. They get refurbished laptops and give it to the employees, where the employees keep struggling. 11. No proper office building or parking at the office spaces.
