1) Projects are hard to find 2) No explicit trainings by the company so every candidate can get placed in project 3) Training to be self sponsored by candidate 4) Not women friendly as it claims example need to report to office as per policy registration regardless of transport and personal limitations 5) Transport allowance not provided 6) Asks to relocate to Trivandrum for retaining job else forces to quit the company

Working with UST global was a very terrific experience for me. They didnt give me the promised salary for my last working days and they terminated me very disrespectfully. I dont suggest this company for a nice career.

Please avoid working here, they wont treat you like a human atleast. They dont give you respect, high politics, fake promises, un professional, very disrespectfull behaviour fr managers. Very worst experience. Literelly they tortured me mentaly.

Job Security issues and Salary issues, especially for Fixed term employees those who joined as freshers. even If they are converted to regular employees, will take more than 2 years to reach out standard salary.

1. No appraisals. 2. No qualified employees. 3. No feedback discussions, managers have no clue about promotions, appraisals, variable pay, increments, etc. 4. HRs don't even bother connecting with the employees. No discussions about the motivation, what the employees need. For 6 months they don't even know who are the employees they are tagged to. 5. No company formal structure. Feedbacks shared with the management goes into bin. They do what they feel like doing. 6. No food arrangements, no proper offices, no meeting rooms, no snacks, no coffee/tea, no gym, no breakout games etc. 7. The moment you enter the office, you feel like you are in a graveyard, where there is total silence. Lack of meeting rooms, forces people to take calls from their bay disturbing everyone around them. 8. Everything blocked on your laptops. At times even client websites are blocked. 9. Laptops from 2001 eras are given. Who will feel like working. 10. They get refurbished laptops and give it to the employees, where the employees keep struggling. 11. No proper office building or parking at the office spaces.

This is the company running by mallus and tamilein, they do groupism and hr is also not supposed and not reachable. I had bad experience with IBC account as @gayathri and @nandini made my life worst in this company. Seniors humiliate you scold u in public. Nobody can survive here.
