...olitics. If you wish them they will not even respond back and puts serious face. Your variable pay will be deducted only in Hyderbad and Bangalore location after deducting 30% TDS & 30% event manement expenses. They will not give hike to existing employees but recruits from outside market by paying 50% extra to low experiennce. The worst thing is coffee machine will not work many a times and no proper facilities to employees. Bottom tag line No Humanity, No Integrity and Full humiliation to hard working employees.

- Work culture - Shift timings - No support from managers/HRs - Leave policy (1 leave in each month) - ID card/access card seat allocation need to request them and chase them on regular basis no one is replying and supporting. - They don't care about employee they just need business and client.
