Work life balance is pretty good. There are lots of learning and career advancement opportunities for people who try hard.

Dislikes

Job security was at large for some time during the initial days of the pandemic. Salary revision was withheld for the period and it has affected the employees morale.

...ifferent Management. But I have been lucky enough to get good work life balance. I have never worked for more than 9 hours without an overtime compensation. I have also worked on weekends which is also compensated handsomely.Please note that the weekend thing was optional and not compulsory. Company policies are clear and pretty straight forward and I have felt that most of the values/policies are met most of the time. All Microsoft certifications and some Google certifications are 100% sponsored by the organisation and they strongly encourage associates to get certified. Learning opportunities are huge and a lot of opportunities are provided to upskill and learn.

Dislikes

...d as I see a lot of my referrals getting calls and interviews being scheduled. Compensation revision is not upto the mark. This needs normalisation based on experience and years spent at the organisation. I have felt that loyal employees who have been with the organisation for long are underpaid compared to new hires, but this seems to be an issue with most organizations.

I liked about job security. Other than nothing facilities are useful to us. Work life and family life to difficult to balance it.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is too slow. No facilities, Management doesn't address our issues and concerns.

There are plenty of opportunities if you are willing expand you horizons. I received an opportunity to make a mid life career change and I took it. The work culture and people are really good.

Job security is average. Always remember to ask for career and compensation advancement, as that is not something default or automatic.

An awesome place to work, great management, perfect work life balance. Highly recommended, compensation might be slightly on the lower side, but rest of the things definately over shadows it.

Compensation is on the lower side not exactly as the market standards always for all the roles.
