Could'nt wait to leave this waste organization. This company is filled with unscrupulous people from top to bottom. What they all do is personal branding ,but have no actual means to back it up. They have few domestic clients and and keep sucking up to them.

Dislikes

I only came here because they offered good package, didn't knew huge malpractice going on and corruption is prevalent. Never fall for such companies. They might have built a good image on internet by posting fake jobs or reviews , dont fall for it. Better always consuĺt ex employees before joining.

Pros: 1) on time salary 2) insurance benefits 3) on time variable pay Cons: 1) No job security 2) it's payroll (vendor) company 3) they dont have any projects in SAP they will have only one option outsourcing is it work u will safe or else ur job in danger 4) No good hike 4)Malayali domination 5) no proper hierarchy after outsourcing to other company it's hard to get on time information from UST.

1. No appraisals. 2. No qualified employees. 3. No feedback discussions, managers have no clue about promotions, appraisals, variable pay, increments, etc. 4. HRs don't even bother connecting with the employees. No discussions about the motivation, what the employees need. For 6 months they don't even know who are the employees they are tagged to. 5. No company formal structure. Feedbacks shared with the management goes into bin. They do what they feel like doing. 6. No food arrangements, no proper offices, no meeting rooms, no snacks, no coffee/tea, no gym, no breakout games etc. 7. The moment you enter the office, you feel like you are in a graveyard, where there is total silence. Lack of meeting rooms, forces people to take calls from their bay disturbing everyone around them. 8. Everything blocked on your laptops. At times even client websites are blocked. 9. Laptops from 2001 eras are given. Who will feel like working. 10. They get refurbished laptops and give it to the employees, where the employees keep struggling. 11. No proper office building or parking at the office spaces.

...al. Being an MNC, no proper amenities. No cafeteria. No food. No transportation. Only you get salary on time for which you have to fill 4-5 timesheets.

...olitics. If you wish them they will not even respond back and puts serious face. Your variable pay will be deducted only in Hyderbad and Bangalore location after deducting 30% TDS & 30% event manement expenses. They will not give hike to existing employees but recruits from outside market by paying 50% extra to low experiennce. The worst thing is coffee machine will not work many a times and no proper facilities to employees. Bottom tag line No Humanity, No Integrity and Full humiliation to hard working employees.
