...olitics. If you wish them they will not even respond back and puts serious face. Your variable pay will be deducted only in Hyderbad and Bangalore location after deducting 30% TDS & 30% event manement expenses. They will not give hike to existing employees but recruits from outside market by paying 50% extra to low experiennce. The worst thing is coffee machine will not work many a times and no proper facilities to employees. Bottom tag line No Humanity, No Integrity and Full humiliation to hard working employees.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are poor.

UST is a very good company to work with. Really like the work culture it has, there is no imposing of work. You are free to express your opinion. Ample learning opportunities. Good work life balance.

Career growth and promotions are nil. Salary hike is also not that appreciable. Everything else is good.

... places to work, they good employee engagement. Provide good facilities as well. only one thing I didn't like is about compensation, in that regard the monetary growth is slow
