...al. Being an MNC, no proper amenities. No cafeteria. No food. No transportation. Only you get salary on time for which you have to fill 4-5 timesheets.

...olitics. If you wish them they will not even respond back and puts serious face. Your variable pay will be deducted only in Hyderbad and Bangalore location after deducting 30% TDS & 30% event manement expenses. They will not give hike to existing employees but recruits from outside market by paying 50% extra to low experiennce. The worst thing is coffee machine will not work many a times and no proper facilities to employees. Bottom tag line No Humanity, No Integrity and Full humiliation to hard working employees.

* Well Work life balance * Good pay and hikes * multiple clients and project * good company expansion and clients expansion - recently occupied new space in hyderabad with decent facilities * Friendly manager and management * Participates in social activities and helpful to employees when there is need - like medical emergency * Internal event organised to encourage employees * encourages to participate in skill up programs

* Can try to accomodate transportation for employees * can provide better pay raise * can do better in encouraging health by providing reimbursement

Nice organization to work with. Lots of projects and a vast client base. Lots of learning and certification opportunities.

Dislikes

It depends on project. My project was US based and was a nice experience. The only down side which I can see is that the variable pay component in CTC is a problem. In my opinion, it should be reduced.
