First salary will get after 45 days 3.Provides Worst training: they gonna give you only 7-10 days training and ask you for production with high quality with full utilisation. 4. Holding salary: If your are absent on last day of month or any of the day in emergency they will hold your entire month salary. Then literally you have to beg for salary. 5.Working hours: there is not fixed working hours for this company, you have to spend your 11 to 12 hours in company for completion of target which is pathetic. When u join this company then forget about ur personal life. They will harass you to complete the target. If your targets are not completing on daily basis then you have to work on Saturday and sunday or they will pay you half salary, this is reality of this company. 6.Personal huddle: If you talk against them or any working hours or anything then they will take your personal huddle all time and hold your salary. 7. Terminate employee: they will terminate without any reason like you talked against them or company 8. Salary: they will provide you the lowest salary as compare to if you work in grocery shop you will earn more without any pressure. 9. Confirmation: In beginning they will tell you that you will get confirmed within six months, but friends that not gonna happen, in my batch out of 20 only two peoples are confirmed after one year by sitting 11-12 hours per day.
