My Experience with Ushta Post- Resignation has been incredibly disappointing. Despite fulfilling all my responsibilities and giving proper notice, the company failed to fulfill its legal obligation. This is lack of accountability and disregards for legal dues reflects poorly on the company's professionalism. i would caution others considering employment with ushta to thoroughly research their rights and ensure clarity regarding post- employment procedures before committing.
