Mobile phones are not allowed and even can't talk with colleagues. It is expected to work like a robot. If you want to add more in this list and have an experience of the worst company only then join.

There is free environment, you can work there individually accompanied with directors and employees, all seniors are very helpful and they give concrete support at every moment

There is issues in concern of salary increment

Project team and collegeous are very supportive, individual work environment, company menegement is also good, company policies is beneficial for permanent employee.

There is no liabilities for contractual employees.
