I didn't like anything and it's a worst experience of my life there is no working culture,no ethics,no logics.

Without intimation they terminate all employees without any reason..No claim settlement done,no salary given,no pf knowledge.Hr is pathetic of this company..

Tribble 6 YR experience with Usha. No growth. No job security. They paid salary but after taking 3 month means January salary will take in the end of April last. No growth strategy. No HR POLICIES. NO Administrative with in company. No management policies.

... worst company I have worked with,they won't even bother about there employees..In terms of salary there is no increment and no expenses settlement...HR is of no use,working environment is like (Rashan store)..Without informing employee they would just terminate you neither they do any settlements of salary, expenses and others.Senior people's don't pick ur call nor they will reply to you....Finally my experience for usha is worst and third class and I would suggest don't try with such kind of unethical organization. .Thanks

There u will not get salary slip nor any process of deduction of PF.U will never come to know and when u ask ur HR he will only say it's in process and till the time he will intimate you u will not be in job.....

Usha shriram enterprises ,Wires,mcb, Switches thru its brand licencee spartan ventures is total fraud , no salary ,I was asked to appoint super stockist and bill him to get salary I contacted others who were there ,they had not rcvd salary from joining till date ,2 months

Fraud ,no info that the salary will be based on billing ,no billing no salary,there were ppl who were not given salary despite billing also Appointment letter not provided

Salary not getting on time recived 6 month perfectly after that .... delay getting after 2 months😞😞😞😞
