Compensation and other benefit not as demand every time some time we got much better and sometime face little dissipointment . Work culture is good but it can be better. Day by day its improving. As from my joining i saw a lot of changes and hope one day it will be it reach the top.

Dislikes

Salary not at par with the same like Industry. Promotion benefits are dreams for 50% whereas 50% goes like rockets with same qualification and work profile.
