The company has a very good work life balance and is safe place for woman employees although it's film production

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Almost next to none female employees at decesion level, indecisive place, runs by the whims and fancy of one person. Is not far behind the current trend in industry Wants to launch tech products with Morse code level employees in that department It's a Media company that runs like factory, no corporate culture.

Employee caring was very poor in terms of increments and especially salaries are very less and very bad experience

Simply I can say there is no growth(any stream ) in this company in the salaries and work hard and u wont get any compensation
