The work culture is very good at Usha International Ltd. Colleagues were very friendly and the boss was very helpful, under his leadership our( RBD team) sales figures cross 100% of the monthly target in every month.The training programs are good platform for the learners.Work pressure is totally nill.

Incentives was good,salary for the entry level employee is a little less,but the growth is slow.

...ation - The HR doesn’t have a back bone - The expense reimbursement policy is terrible - They did not pay off the payment xpenses and at the same time they held approximately 20 people on hold during COVID - Sales and marketing teams and back office teams are like GOVT offices - I won’t suggest anyone to join

The organisation is loosing its reliability and will not sustain for too long

...f No promotion for Products Like home appliances air cooler and water heater You need to take care of all with lesser pay No support fr front line employees If you wants to grow in usha u should be in fan or sweing machine don't come to appliances business

The salary structure is decent and job career growth is not ideal for expectations

...urity, working culture, friendly interaction of branch manager and other staffs. On time salary.

Dislikes

Expenses always late. Pic level managers are not upto mark. They dont take any initiatives for product complaints and retailer interaction.they don't need to know anything.. They need only figure.
