...urity, working culture, friendly interaction of branch manager and other staffs. On time salary.

Expenses always late. Pic level managers are not upto mark. They dont take any initiatives for product complaints and retailer interaction.they don't need to know anything.. They need only figure.

I think it is one of those few companies which take care of its employees. No salary cuts no layoffs. Wonderful work culture where they have set guidelines about WFH where no one would bother you post 7pm. No working on weekly offs. Each and every policy is about taking care of its employees.

Usha is best company out there in terms of life work balance, compensation and career growth. They are many people who are working more than 10-15 years for the company and grown from sales executive to top management.. no longer unnecessary pressure for target. Extreme helpful work environment.
