While he’s seen as a mastermind in the tech community, everyone within the company knows he’s ineffective. If you’re considering joining, think twice—otherwise, you might regret it. They force new hires to sign a 3-year bond, offer low salaries, and fail to provide fair performance-based raises, often making excuses during appraisals.
