...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policy are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike. They operate pan India and have good fleet strength of various types of hydraulic equipments . I fully enjoyed the worked period from the beginning to the last second....

Likes

Good exposure for mechanical engineer with mechanical thirsty mind. Got all kinds of construction equipment from small skidding loaders to 180pc rigs. Good place for getting materials and working knowledge on construction equipments at several categories.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Very bad culture i.e., vouchers. For sake of company local purchase money deposited at engineer's account and got debited at salary untill the vouchers got cleared at MD table. And unprofessional work culture.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
