... the behaviour towards the staff other than there native will treat as enemy. The salary also not as time . Many bad etiquette and behaviour towards the employees

I'm a site engineer from URC construction...! My project was clinker silo project ....! After my college life..! I'm start my carrier to here... And still now I'm learn and get ideas about structure

See likes and dislikes depend on the person wise. Depends on the Project Manager. If you get a good PM then the company will be automatically good if not then it will become hell. The same goes for candidates. Candidate should be dedicated. I know work so I am not struggling. But I suggest new comer join this company as there is lots of scopes to learn.

Great learning for fresher and as a fresher you may learn more and due to the lack of the resources you will face difficulties to complete your work, but this act as a troubleshoot and you also learn how to handle in this kind of situation and definitely it will gives you extra knowledge.

1. Salary issue, your one month salary be on hold . And some time you will received salary after 1.5 month to 2 month. 2. Support from hr not received

There is NO any good things to say about this company. Except the Learning Experience.

There NO proper Hike and Salary will not be given properly. The Hike they provide will be like "sack of thing". They provide hike only for the person's they know very well and to the person who they like.
