...and the management is too good, they always give flexibility to work from home . What is best, they kept us giving our pay even during lockdown when business were shutting down. Grateful for that.

Very low salary but always on time. Boss is very good in terms of giving salary on time. People working with you are super friendly and helpful. You will get to have fun times. Sat Sun off and can work if you want to make up for holidays taken. no layoffs in pandemic-but its a virtual process so they had to keep business running

They will always argue in reviews...whether google, glassdoor or ambition box Cant take criticism and improve yet will give loads and say "you can't take a criticism" Boss shows unprofessional behavior. Will possibly make you cry and make the entire company upset for that day. No worker's benefits. No PF, No leave encashment, no paid leave, only 12 national holidays and 5 days sick leave no job security- will fire you like they do in Hollywood films-on spot firing "You are fired" people have left with anger, frustration and in tears will make you work for 10 hours and if you don't, you will be scolded for not being "dedicated enough" unsanitary washroom and office compartment conditions employees are fired for making an minute errors saying "not focused enough" If you say sorry, they will say "How many times will you say sorry?" Working here feels like studying under a moody middle school village teacher with a scale in his hands Not a place for professionals but will say "you don't know how to be a professional, I only gave you a job because you looked like you needed one" They only hire young fresh people who are easy to rule by the thumb Loads of favoritism...you must know how to butter up the boss and then it'll be heaven for you But I have hope for this company because people working here are talented and very well behaved with the customers.... the management style has to be changed... proper HR system has to be implemented

No boring work, salary on time, new things can learn in all aspects UrbanTimer is best. Team members are very supportive, co-operative, flexible in work, they always give chance to freshers and help to start their career.

I learnt a lot about social media management and client communication. Previously I handled my own social media accounts, but it was not pro level. Now I know about creating posts and scheduling etc.

The work culture is good. No pressure, good leaves structure.
