We can directly talk to leads or parents after paying plan money...no comission is need to pay if we opt for direct fee acquired system.

Dislikes

The leads whom we have to connect after paying plan money are seldom unauthentic. I have to called at least 6 leads to get one genuine.

No growth. You can't rely solely on the platform to support your family. UrbanPro takes a huge cut every time. You get nothing. There is no steady number of students. Most of the students are there just to chill and take demos.

Kudos to the support team for their quick and helpful responses, but it feels like a lighthouse in the middle of a desert - guiding you to nowhere.

Now lets discuss the 99% of other side. I have to hand it to UrbanPro; they've really outdone themselves by dodging a'0' star rating. My stint with UrbanPro got me thinking - is it an app for chilling out or a coin guzzler, expertly targeting hopeful tutors like me? Every interaction demands a hefty coin offering, yet the results are as rare as UFO sightings. The range of responses from students is like a mixed bag of sweets: some aren't interested, others can only manage a'sorry, ' and then there are those few souls seeking Photoshop mastery in the world of unclothed images. Ah, the wonders of Bloody rasc@l curiosity! I ventured into UrbanPro with dreams of financial stability, only to find a barren land where student prospects vanish like mirages. Looking back, maybe I should've consulted the Google before diving into this UrbanPro saga. Live and learn, they say. Or in this case, 'Lose coins and lament.' Note: Don't trust the positive reviews about this company on any platform like mouthshut, google and etc., They are fake and I guess those were posted by the Urban team. Thanks, but no thanks, UrbanPro. It was a good bad experience."

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
