everything they can just throw you out from the company without giving salary HR be like who r u and TL and senior manager wont make u stand in company when u come back and ask them for salary for the month u worked for in the end i had to take help of police to get my salary like just no work life balance in this company mental health will be destroyed in months even if u are performing great they wont appreciate u

Nothing to like..... They don't provide salary properly.... They manipulate employees...... I had a worst experience there..... My January 2023 salary is still on hold.... The RSM or Urban Money Kolkata told me to clear it out within May or June of 2023 but he didn't respond my calls, text or mails. Still I'm trying to contact him. It's my humble request to all freshers don't go for this company.

These people won't give 2-3 days time for employees to even understand what exactly the job is. From the day 1 itself they start asking for sales and targets. One of worst work culture I have seen till date.

Dislikes

Even after completing target salary will be held for no particular reason at all. For one month salary you'll have to struggle for 2-3 months. And RSM is radiculos, whenever he takes meeting which is once in 15 days , he talks about importance of time and how we should achieve Target on daily basis for continuous 3-4 hours. But for your salary time or date isn't important. You should support him in sales even if you don't get salary for 2-3 months inspite achieving target. He's worst kind of human being I have ever seen.

Head level job is secured. Designation doesn't matter. Any designation can given to anyone. So, my suggestion is that Banker can't joined Urban Money Pvt ltd. Career can be finish.

No proper management, No leadership qualities, No Salary Surity to any employee, Always absorption of ground level employees, Any designation can offer to any banker. Designation doesn't matter, Employee Job not Fixed, If anyone can give 2 time profit of his salary. And cover profit of his boss also. So, he can join. Because, any boss can not do business. He all are move every employee business in his portfolio. So, he all are stay safe in company.
