This company fires you after 6 months. There is so much work involved in this as if we are running the company. There is a time to come to office, there is no time to leave.

Work culture about UC is just amazing. Employees are not pressurised to do extra work or extend shifts. Everyone is supportive. If I get chance to work with UC again I would definitely join the Organization again.

Great learning at the initial stages, especially when you join at a junior level.

...y office is coffee machine and sometimes that is not working too for few months. The pay for junior employees is much lesser as compared to other companies like Zomato, Swiggy, Pharmeasy etc You might just feel numb sometimes, as there won't be any support from the senior management and you might just get stuck as a junior employee. Also, it's very category specific. If you're in the Homes category, politics would be lesser and growth will be better. If you're in beauty, expect the exact opposite.

If you thinking about building your future and for upskilling it’s not the right place to join They take you in saying after 3 months they will make you a full timer but that does not happen I have joined 2times thinking I need to improve my quality There’s no hope no future No matter even if you have delivered your quality well There is no hopes Full off politics
