Long working hours (60hrs week) and high pressure, lack of work/ life balance. Not recommended for people with families. Slow to none career progress (promotions and raises are rare). No educational allowances for employees.

When i work with this company i got a good team for my good career, I got a chance to show my ability to my senior because they given me lot of works. also my senior given me works which is out of my profession like making BOQ,etc...in this situation i took a good chance to learn many things and the company HR team have don well job they will move all papers without delay.

Dislikes

we will face the main problem with this company that we will not secured in our job. we will loss any time our job. even if we are doing very well in our profession if also some time we will fire, company will put more pressure some time we should work more than 12 hour work.

I like job as this company and i approve my career growth as operator and some learning mostly exited work as site. I will working also again this company.

I dont like politics and without reason give me termination. I am hard work on site.
