The salary is significantly very less as compared to the workload. The week off is only for 1 day a week and gets adjusted in the working days. So it doesn't feel like we had a week off. Most of they give night sessions only.

Fresher can think about to join the company till they get a better opportunity. People are supportive. Good company cuture.

Alternating night shifts, no night shift allowances, no salary satisfaction, no skill development. NO growth path.

Sometimes, the work pressure is hard but thata not all the time. Most of the time there is very less work pressure compared to the salary.

A perfect earning opportunity for someone who loves to learn. Everyday you will learn something new. You will never feel like trapped in rat race. Management is highly supportive.

Salary and appraisal could be better. Sometimes taking a leave becomes a challenge specially in high weeks.

Hire at cheap and fire when you show dissatisfaction with work and salary. Hire at peak season, fire at lean season. Replace with new employees at even more low salary (if possible). The cycle continues!
