Work is bit easy but not satisfactory

Management is very bad, including Managers. They dont pay monthly insectives TL's taget us if we denied to extend the shift or if we argue their wrong feedbacks. So many things which can't be explained here.

...itself is a very unethical person and the business practices are also unethical. They dont pay your incentives on time, on the whole a diagusting place to work. They do not have leave policy 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Good work environment and culture . teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade forchilling company policias are good

There is a lot of politics and the management don't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow

Good pay, which is the main factor to pinch greed in the candidates

No job security at all, bulk firing is quite common and acceptable approach by management, culture is horrible giving importance to few important people, working hours can extend to 12-14 hrs with zero work life balance. Worst company ever to join if someone is looking for stability with job security.

Manager is good and supportive, however there is not pathway or road-map designed for getting more revenues on board

No job security, designation is just for name sake, you will be treated as an entry level resource.
