No one knows technology so interview can be cracked easily.

Dislikes

This company and its management seem to lack clear goals or direction. they appear uncertain about where they want to go. Many employees have been working here for 5-20 years, yet their contribution often seem negligible. Unfortunately, management seems to blindly follow these ineffective individuals. The HR policies are deeply flawed and restrictive, creating an environment that feels more like a prison than a workplace. Employees are micromanaged to an extreme degree-break times are closely monitored, and even trips to the washroom are timed. If your break exceeds an hour, half a day's leave is deducted. Moreover, there is no flexibility; being late or leaving early, even by a small margin, requires a half-day leave application. Job security is non-existent. Employees can be terminated without cause, and the company frequently fails to honour its promises or commitments.

don't know why the managers are so cruel that is the reason why the company's growth is not as much which it should be in 20 years. They should also know and feel that employers are also humans and should treat them like rather than just behaving like they have owned us in some rupees.

Policies are horrible.... Poor Management. HR head needs to learn lot of things related to the TA& HR process & behaviour. Having no Degree and 0 experience is dangerous. Stop playing with other careers.
