Worst management in SP outbound collection team,such pathetic management I have ever seen in my life, they don't care about employees health and wellbeing.i hate managers and assistant managers in outbound collection team

Company policies are well built and strong.

Dislikes

Promotion system is not at all good. Favouritism happens. Although the policy says no retaliation, but management does retaliate by not giving enough opportunity. There is also no growth in learning and skill development.

100% job security with regular annual incriment. Multiple promotion opportunities

Small promotions we can get as per our skills however upper level promotions are given only to their favourite persons. Doesn't matter how you perform here but if you have good contacts then you will get big position.

I was working with the UPS. Mr. John saaji snatch my Job. He did not understand anything and I lost my job in one day. John and his co workers are a curse for the company. I request you to remove this type of person from your organization.
