It is govt undertaking company.I worked before six year . I worked dispacthed letter and sitting work .I liked co operation and motivation.

I wants promotion in my bank account.I got inr8000 salary but my spent is 30000inr .He creates much difficulty for future growth .none allowance received by uppcl but Direct allowance is so few received me.it is not timely received da.

The best part is that there is something to be learned here. And the second best thing is that there is also extra income.

The worst thing is that the salary is not on time And because of this, no schedule of payment is made, due to which a lot of trouble has to be faced.

Good work environment and culture.company policies are good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. One the job training is not given to new joiners.

...here is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good.appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
