No job security- you can be fired at any point of time without any proper explanation. Company policies are very strict.

...ot able to move as my area was in containment zone I did all the work from home. And when due to some personal issues I had to resign I didn't pay me salary saying they didn't consider any work from home as work. I worked almost for 4 months without pay. People even got fired because they asked for salaries.

I loved working in Uppal group and also the boss..... He will inspire you in all the fields of life , be it work, relationships ,the way you dress-up and the way you present yourself , the way you speak . So it's not just the work you learn about ,there is a complete personality of your's that will develop when you work in Uppal group.

The increments and compensation are not that great

... work culture, target achievement pressure is high. You have to be on your toes. Salary is good. Office is excellent, beautiful, washroom are always clean. You get the opportunity to learn new things.

Expectations are very high from you at times. The more you perform the more your limits are extended to perform. Your patience is on check always

If you are a hard worker , the M D will like you and this will help in continuing you journey, but you have to be highly productive in all respects.

All site staff is pathetic , they will make you frustrated rather then help , bcs they can’t tolerate any educated person near them .. as they are illiterate dumbs … and their leader is more hilarious …He will make you to get out from this company by his hook and crook …. You will be only helping hands for yourself in this company , specially on sites…Highly unethical .

It's good company for learning as well you learn good finishing work in this company

Company culture is vary bad . The MD abuse and slapped. And site APM have no any technical knowledge bcz he not educated person
